We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. In December that occasionally stretches to two, because December does that to everyone.

Before you write

A lot of questions are already answered on the product page, so it may be quicker to check there first. The most common ones:

• Where is my order? Have your order number ready and we will pull up the tracking.
• Can I change my address? Yes, as long as the parcel has not shipped. Tell us fast.
• I want to return it. Returns are accepted within 30 days. Message us and we will send instructions.
• Something arrived damaged. Attach a photo and we will sort it out without making you jump through hoops.
