Cancel your contract

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.

What to include

So we can process it quickly, please add the following to the message field:

• Your order number
• The date you ordered and the date you received the parcel
• Your name and address
• The sentence: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods.

We will confirm by email as soon as we receive it, and tell you where to send the item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
