Cancel your contract

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to do it

Send us a message using the form below and include:

  • Your order number
  • The order date and the delivery date
  • Your name and address
  • The sentence: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods.

We reply by email with the return address. Once the item is back with us, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Ordering from outside the EU or the UK

This 14 day withdrawal right comes from EU and UK consumer law and applies only there. If you ordered from the US or anywhere else, our return policy applies instead.
