Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EU/EEA CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us where required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
Goods must be returned within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
