1. SCOPE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Merry Advent online store.

2. ORDERS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The customer may review and correct the order before completing checkout.

After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by us in accordance with the applicable checkout and payment process.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, seasonal demand or delays experienced by shipping carriers.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment methods may include credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods made available through Shopify or its payment providers.

7. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

Applicable statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Any additional warranty applies only where expressly stated for the relevant product.

8. RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence.

10. CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. MANDATORY LOCAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
